How does the YouTube and Facebook login work and can people do other things on their accounts once they have logged in?
No, once they have input their user name and password our software only allows the upload of the photo or video before automatically logging out and returning to the main ‘take a pic’, ‘record a video’ screen. We have also developed this software for other applications so please feel free to contact us to see if we can help you.

How much data can be saved onto the hard drive?
With a 4GB hard drive there is plenty of storage capacity; however for longer bookings you can program The Video Kiosk™ to automatically upload the low resolution versions of all photos and videos, along with any databases and feedback to the Event File on your EMS account on a daily basis. Each day’s event data will be held for 72 hours so you can download the footage that you or your customers wish to use to create online galleries for customers, or use for marketing purposes on websites and social networking sites.

How does The Video Kiosk™ differ from a Photo Booth?
While Photo Booths offer instant photo’s and a guestbook album, The Video Kiosk™ gives you both unlimited videos and photos and it easily into any venue with its sleek design, while The Photobooth requires a much larger dedicated space.  And rather than have an attendant there overseeing its use for a limited duration, no staff are required for The Video Kiosk™.

How to I ensure I get good quality photos and videos from The Video Kiosk™?
It is important to remember that The Video Kiosk™ does not replace a professional Photographer or Videographer so if you are looking for that kind of quality then this is not the product for you.  It is there to capture fun footage, and is a step up from the disposable camera in that it takes video as well as photos.  It needs to be set up in the optimum position to ensure the best possible lighting and backdrop, while also taking into account what else is happening at the venue such as music, dancefloor, venue staff movement, etc.  (It is therefore important that it is not moved during the event).  To ensure great results please just make sure poeple stand close when using the kiosk - especially in low light conditions.

Can The Video Kiosk be used at an outdoor event?
Yes, but The Video Kiosk™ must be sheltered from the elements in case the weather does not co-operate, and it must be off the ground on hard flooring and close to a power point.
