For example, with our VideoPostcard application you have the following functionality:

  • Add new events.
  • Personalise the screensaver by adding up to five images and three logos.
  • Choose between 15 second, 30 second or 1 minute recording times.
  • Decide whether you wish to ask for Video Feedback after the client has sent their VideoPostcard, and the question you wish to ask.
  • Choose to collect a database, and select from our standard questions, or add your own.
  • Decide whether you wish to save user photos and videos.
  • Allow the upload of photos and videos to email, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Add a marketing html trailer to each email sent.
  • Include a branded border around all footage.

Then our EMS allows you to personalise your software packages to suit each client’s needs. For example on our GuestBook application you can:

  • Add new events.
  • Includes your client’s photos and message on their own personalised screensaver.
  • Decide whether or not the internet upload facility will be made available.
  • Programme the activation dates for the event.

An event summary column down the right hand side shows you exactly what has been programmed as you are doing it. Once you have completed programming your software package, our EMS generates the event activation file which is downloaded to a USB and inserted into The Video Kiosk™ to activate it. The activation file can also be emailed so you can control all your kiosks from one location. This also enables you to develop your rental business further afield without having to worry about any potential income loss as once the activation has expired The Video Kiosk™ software packages only operate in demo mode.

All footage recorded, along with any databases collected, can be automatically uploaded to your EMS system on our website each night. From the EMS it can then be downloaded to a website, Facebook page, or your own data storage area eliminating the need to travel to your Video Kiosk each day. Alternatively, all information can be manually downloaded to a USB stick directly from The Video Kiosk™ at any time.

While our EMS packs a huge amount of functionality, it is very quick and easy to use. For example to programme our GuestBook, FeedBack and VideoOnly applications for an event takes roughly 5 minutes, and for our more comprehensive VideoPostcard application its only slightly longer.
